Meet Grant

This September, fifteen year-old Grant Hammett, from Georgetown, South Carolina, will embark on his dream to hunt a majestic Roosevelt Elk in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In addition to the hunt, Grant and his family will enjoy a traditional 'elk camp' experience, participate in a guided salmon fishing trip on the Columbia River, tour our stunning coastal communities & landscapes and take part in various other North Oregon Coast experiences.

At just 13 years old, Grant was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma. As you can imagine, life, as he knew it, changed immediately. The days and months following his prognosis would consist of treatments, medications, hospital stays and terrifying moments fighting for his young life.
